Dr. Megan Moore, Psy.D., ABPP: Teletherapy with Dr. Megan Moore

Licensed Clinical Psychologist Board Certified, Rehabilitation Psychology

Megan M. Moore

I believe that the key to change in psychotherapy is creating a safe environment in which people explore the issues that brought them into therapy and develop new ways of coping. This is facilitated by building a strong and mutually trusting therapeutic relationship. I utilize an insight-oriented approach when underlying factors are contributing to emotional pain, and also incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies, internal family systems, mindfulness/relaxation, and problem solving to help people find the right solutions for them. I have a particular interest in working with people with cognitive and physical disabilities and medical comorbidities, as well as with older adults and their families/caregivers.

Dr. Moore is a clinical psychologist, board certified in Rehabilitation Psychology, which addresses behavioral and mental health issues faced by individuals across the lifespan who are affected by injury or chronic condition that leads to disability. In addition to maintaining an outpatient behavioral health practice, she has served on staff in the Crozer Health system for 15 years, providing psychological support to patients with acute and chronic medical problems. She also performs psychological evaluations for several counites’ Division of Protective Services to determine older adults’ capacity for decision-making, guardianship and giving informed consent.

Heather Jacoby, LCSW: Teletherapy with Heather Jacoby
Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist

Heather Jacoby

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Equestrian, Yoga Teacher, Student of Life... I am curious, interested, hungry for more...I am tattooed, spry, witty...I say these things not to brag about myself, but to simply put out the intentions behind my work. I am not defined by a single aspect of my life, and neither are you! That being said, considering we are all unique beings with our individual needs, qualities and experiences, how is it reasonable to expect one to follow one path of healing, typically traditional psychotherapy and/or medication management?

It is my intention to work with each individual being to explore their journey toward healing. My eclectic background of experiences enables me to walk beside you as we navigate what works for you.

Nicole Wildes, LPC: Teletherapy with Nicole Wildes
Licensed Clinical Social Worker / Therapist

Nicole Wildes

Whether you are interested in healing hurts from long ago or simply dissatisfied with the current state of life, therapy can help you learn to embrace, with joy and gratitude, the messiness of the human experience. I help clients cultivate the tools they need to live a more confident life, take risks, and find the wisdom and sweetness in painful experiences. Being a therapist is a privilege, and I am very grateful to be able to provide a nonjudgmental space and connect with others in such a meaningful way.

Although my client base is quite varied, my specialties include "eating and food issues" (ie- obesity, binge eating disorder, self-esteem, etc.) and ADHD. In addition to being an Internal Family Systems (IFS) Informed Therapist, other modalities include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Mindfulness-Based Therapy. If you're looking for a therapist to spend the hour asking, "How do you feel about that?", I'm not the therapist for you. If you want to learn tools and strategies to create the life you were meant to live, let's connect.
