Moore Psychological Services is looking to hire licensed Therapists, Counselors, and Psychologists to join our growing team. These individuals will be enthusiastic and provide the professionalism and compassion to collaborate with our team and effectively communicate and treat all populations to deliver culturally responsive care to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Counsel individual, group, and family/couple therapy to help with mindfulness, manage crisis situations, define goals, and develop realistic treatment plans with a focus on recovery.
  • May provide education / psychological testing as needed.
  • Document patient information including session notes, progress notes, recommendations, and treatment plans. Complete discharge plans all in a timely manner.
  • Detail oriented to manage calendar availability accurately.
  • Ability to work independently, work under pressure with time constraints while multi-tasking.
  • Master’s or higher in clinical and / or counseling psychology, social work (e.g. MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MFT, Ph.D., PsyD) from accredited program
  • Independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) from the USA (2+ state licenses is a huge plus)
  • Preferably 2 years of recent experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy & other evidence-based interventions to individual adults struggling with depression, anxiety, and other mental disorders.
  • Experience with geriatrics, eating disorders, couples counseling & adolescents.
  • Availability for some evening appointments and possibly some Saturday mornings once a month a plus

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s or higher in clinical and / or counseling psychology, social work (e.g. MA, MS, MSW, MFT, MFT, Ph.D., PsyD) from accredited program
  • Independent license in the state where you reside (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC) from the USA (2+ state licenses is a huge plus)

Clearances Required:      

  • FBI, PSP, and ChildLine (or equivalent for non-PA licenses)
  • Background check

Additional Details:

  • Availability for 40 hours a week with patient care (also looking for part time 20+ hours a week)
